The Student Council of the University of Rijeka (SZUR) is an independent, non-political student body which participates in the administrative units of the University. It takes care of the implementation and the quality of study programs; protects and promotes the interests of students; supports student organizations; encourages cooperation with other organizations working in the interests of students; participates in the work of the Senate and the Expert Council of the University of Rijeka.
